Our Service Scope:
- Periodic Inspection and Testing: Statutory periodic inspection of pressure vessels, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, wall-thickness measurement, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Vacuum Improvement and Renewal: Vacuum measurement, leak detection, and re-evacuation of vacuum-insulated cryogenic tanks to recover insulation performance.
- Repair and Rehabilitation (Repair & Rehab): Shell, weld seam, piping, valve, and safety equipment repair; corrosion removal, repainting, and passivation.
- Field Installation and Commissioning: Tank positioning, pipe connections, pressure reduction units, and vaporizer installation with full commissioning.
- Spare Parts and Modernisation: Supply of regulators, safety valves, gauges, and instrumentation; system modernisation with automation/SCADA integration.
