Featured projects;

  • Stainless Steel Pipelines: Stainless steel pipelines have been designed and manufactured for large-scale industrial facilities. All processes from material selection to assembly were managed in these projects.
  • Energy Sector Projects: Special spool manufacturing was carried out for LNG and CNG distribution lines.

Our Stainless Spool & Piping Solutions

Spools prefabricated to isometric drawings and P&IDs enable fast, error-free field installation. We manufacture from 304/304L, 316/316L and Duplex stainless steel to ASME B31.3 and EN ISO 3834 standards.

Prefabricated Spool Manufacturing

Frequently Asked Questions

What Buyers Ask Before a Quote

The questions purchasing and technical teams ask most often about the equipment on this page.

Is an isometric drawing required for spool fabrication?

If you have isometrics we can produce the prefabrication plan directly. If not, we prepare the isometrics from your P&ID and site dimensions; that case needs a site visit so the routing and connection points can be settled.

When is orbital welding necessary?

On product-contact lines in food, beverage and pharmaceutical plants, a smooth, fully penetrated internal seam is the precondition for cleanability, and orbital welding delivers it repeatably. It is also preferred on high-purity gas lines.

How do you choose between 316L and Duplex?

316L is sufficient for most process lines. Duplex comes forward where chloride concentration is high, where stress corrosion cracking is a risk, or where higher strength lets you reduce wall thickness. The decision follows the medium analysis and operating temperature.

Why is passivation necessary?

Cutting, welding and grinding disturb the protective chromium oxide layer on stainless steel and leave free iron behind. Passivation restores that layer; without it, pitting corrosion can appear soon after the line goes into service.

Do you also carry out site installation and hydrotesting?

Yes. Workshop prefabrication, site installation, hydrostatic testing and commissioning are supplied within the same scope. Isometrics, the weld map and the manufacturing dossier are handed over at delivery.

Do you have a pipework or spool project?

Once we have the isometric drawing, material class and line count, we produce the prefabrication plan and the delivery schedule.
