Stainless Reactors and Process Equipment for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry
Our design framework
We calculate pressure-retaining shells under ASME VIII Div.1, EN 13445 and PED 2014/68/EU, and run welded fabrication to EN ISO 3834 quality requirements. Material is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates and the heat number is tracked throughout production.
Stainless Steel Reactor and Industrial Process Solutions
Stainless steel reactors are designed for safe, controlled and efficient chemical reactions.
In pharmaceutical, chemical, food and petrochemical sectors; we offer ideal solutions for homogenization, polymerization, fermentation,
crystallization and mixing processes.
Additionally, we provide engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning services in the fields of tank farms, storage tanks, tubular heat exchangers,
industrial mixers,
steel platforms, stainless filters, scrubber systems, mobile tanks,
industrial chimneys, IBC containers, autoclaves, silo systems,
gas transfer systems, spool manufacturing and modular skid solutions.
Our outstanding features;
- 304/304L, 316/316L, Duplex stainless steel materials and optional inner surface treatments (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, electropolishing)
- 50 L – 100,000 L capacity, vacuum – 25 bar pressure and -20 °C – 300 °C temperature range
- Dimple, half-coil or full jacket design, heating/cooling coils
- Top/side entry mixers, homogenizers, mechanical/magnetic seal and VFD speed control
- Design according to international standards: ASME VIII Div.1, EN 13445, PED/CE, GMP/ATEX
- Comprehensive engineering and quality documentation (WPS/PQR, NDT, FAT/SAT, operation-maintenance manual)

What Buyers Ask Before a Quote
The questions purchasing and technical teams ask most often about the equipment on this page.
To which standard are your reactors and pressure vessels designed?
We calculate to ASME VIII Div.1, EN 13445 and PED 2014/68/EU. European projects that need CE go under PED; export work written to an ASME specification goes under ASME. Welded fabrication follows EN ISO 3834 quality requirements, with approved WPS and WPQ-qualified welders.
How do you decide which stainless grade to use?
We work with 304/304L, 316/316L and Duplex. The choice follows the medium's corrosivity, chloride content, operating temperature and pressure: 316L for chloride-bearing service, Duplex where chloride levels are high or stress corrosion cracking is a risk. Material is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
How is the jacket type selected?
We weigh dimple, half-coil and full jacket against heat duty, jacket-side pressure and flow rate. Half-coil suits high-pressure heating and cooling, dimple gives even transfer over a large surface, and a full jacket fits low-pressure duty.
Can you supply equipment for an ATEX-classified process?
Yes. In areas with an explosive atmosphere classification we select equipment and instrumentation rated for the zone. Stating the zone in your specification settles the design in the first round.
What documents come with delivery?
The manufacturing dossier ships with the equipment: material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), WPS and PQR records, welder qualifications, non-destructive testing reports (RT, UT, MT, PT), the pressure test report, FAT/SAT records and the operation and maintenance manual.
Food and beverage production has its own page
Hygienic design, the CIP/SIP cycle, product-contact surface roughness and the use of liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide in food are gathered under a separate heading.
